I’m Boo Davis, a designer, illustrator and quilter, plus all-around organizer and overthinker. I love taking messy piles of stuff (i.e. ideas, data, fabric) and making things that are engaging and useful.

Visual storytelling is in my blood, and my career so far has been a Seattle print-media tour of duty. I've worked for The Seattle Times and Seattle Weekly, and I'm currently Art Director of Seattle's Child magazine, your guide to a kid-friendly city.

In my off hours I make heavy metal-inspired quilts under the studio name, Quiltsrÿche. I’m also the author of the super visual how-to guide, Dare to Be Square Quilting. You can read about it here and here.
